Shipping Costs
There aren't any. It's just easier that way. We are big fans of simple solutions that get the job done.
Shipping and Handling
It usually takes us 1-2 business days to get an order ready to ship and headed in the right direction. Shipping can take 5-7 days after that. We'll save you a bit of math - that's usually around 6-9 days to arrive in your outstretched arms. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Too many issues with that.
Tracking and Delivery
Yes, we will send you the tracking information as soon as we get it. That way you can get sucked into spending way too much time hitting your browser refresh button while we cackle maniacally and rub our hands together.
International Shipping
It's a big world, and there are too many countries for us to keep up with all of them and their ever-changing laws. If you purchase one (or more) of our products, you will be responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes imposed by your country. We will get it to you as soon as we can. Also, not every country is kind to packages. If something happens to yours, let us know and we'll work together to see what can be done.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If something happens to your order while in transit, let us know and we'll do our best to get it resolved as quickly as possible. Or perhaps even quicker.
Returns
If you are not satisfied, we recommend a therapist... Or you could just let us know within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date that things are not working out and we will coordinate an exchange. The money for the item. Oh, and no hard feelings.
