Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable activities allowed on this website include reading, browsing, purchasing products, looking at pictures, sending us messages, and generally having an informative and good time. Examples of prohibited activities include spamming, hacking, or violating intellectual property rights. Just don't.

Limitation of Liability
Martial arts and combatives are potentially hazardous activities that can result in injury. Common sense, good judgement, and experience are necessary to practice them safely. Any injury resulting from the use of our products is the sole responsibility of the user.
Governing Law
All disputes that arise will be subject to the laws of the State of Texas. But we would much rather resolve things in as friendly a manner as possible.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved directly between Caveman Blueprint, LLC and the user. If resolution cannot be reached then lawyers will most likely get involved. It will be messy and expensive, and the only people that will win will be the lawyers. Mediation will be used to conclude any unresolved disputes.
Indemnification
If you violate the terms of this agreement and suffer injury or other ill consequence, then that's on you. We tried to warn you.
Cancellation and Return Policies
For product cancellations or returns, let us know within a reasonable amount of time from the purchase date that things are not working out and we will coordinate an exchange. The money for the item. Oh, and no hard feelings.
